Until you become a client, Gibraltar has no obligation to provide any kind of protection, security or information to you about your matters for security, including but without limitation, when you should retain private security services. Similarly, Gibraltar has no continuing obligation to provide updates regarding security matters to those who are not clients.
LICENSING STATUS
Unless otherwise expressly specified, our security representatives are certified by, or certified as specialists by, a professional or governmental agency or authority. Designations of our company’s practice areas, or of expertise, practice concentrations, or specializations of our security representatives are not intended (1) to suggest or represent the contrary, or (2) to suggest any professional or governmental standard by which such experience is measured, or (3) to denigrate other security guards or security companies in any way.
Although we are incorporated and headquartered in the State of California, our security representatives are, or able to become, licensed to operate in other jurisdictions in accordance with the laws of those jurisdictions.
